Payment
Full payment of the agreed package is required prior to filming.
For larger projects, a deposit schedule may be arranged.
Permits & Permissions
Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary location permits, drone permits and permissions.
Our team can provide guidance, but legal approval must come from the client.
Event Details
Provide exact date, start and end times, and any special instructions.
Include number of participants, key moments, or areas that must be captured.
Access & Setup
Unrestricted access to filming locations is required before and during the event.
Ensure power sources, internet (for livestreams), and load-in areas are available.
Materials & Branding
Supply logos, sponsor graphics, or media to be included in the video.
All music or copyrighted material must be cleared in advance.
Point Of Contact
Provide a primary contact available for decisions and approvals during the event.
Final Confirmation
Clients must confirm all requirements have been met before filming.
Filming may be delayed or canceled if requirements are not fulfilled
