While our company has been opened since the beginning of 2025
the owner has been in the film industry for over 8+ years and is only 24 years old

How Do I Request A Quote?

How Do I Book Your Services?

Contact us with your event details, select your package, and we’ll send a contract and invoice for the deposit to secure your date.

Do You Do A Venue Walkthrough Before The Event?

Yes for all first time clients and event spaces we conduct a venue walkthrought prior to the event date. This allows us to scout the location for ideal camera angles and coverage, plan audio setups and cable management, coordinate logistics with venue staff, Evaluate lighting conditions and power availablility, and allows you to put a face to a name.

Do You Travel To Events?

Yes. We're currently based in New Jersey but willing to travel throughout. Travel fees may apply for events outside of our standard service areas.

How Much Do Your Services Cost

Pricing varies depending on the scope and specifics of each project. Contact us for a personalized quote.

What Is Your Starting Price?

Our video production packages typically start at $1,200, depending on the scope, location and deliverables. AV services are quoted based on gear needs and crew size.

Do You Offer Package Deals Or Discounts?

Yes, we have several packages designed to fit different budgets, and occasional discounts for repeat clients or nonprofit organizations. We also may have seasonal sales.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, bank transfers, and checks.

Is A Deposit Required To Book Your Services?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due 14 Days before our scheduled setup date.

When Is Final Payment Due?

Final payment is due 14 Days before our Setup Date.

Are There Any Hidden Fees Or Additional Costs?

Always hated these. So no we are transparent with our pricing any additional costs such as travel, overtime, or special requests will be communicated upfront and will be positioned in the invoice.

Can I Get An Invoice For My Payment?

Yes, we provide detailed invoices upon request for all payments made.

Do You Offer Refunds Or Cancellations?

We have a cancellation policy that allows refunds under certain conditions..

Yes that can always be rescheduled when needed, but sometimes are schedule fills up quickly so sometimes we might have to move a week or so after our original date..

Why do you require a minimum of 3 cameras for live events?

We use a minimum of 3 cameras for all live events to ensure full, cinematic coverage from multiple angles. This approach allows us to create dynamic, professional videos that feel immersive and polished. It also sets us apart from standard one-camera videographers, delivering a higher level of quality and storytelling.

Do You Offer Custom Packages?

Yes all of our services are flexible within our two core offerings: video-only or full audio + video packages. We’ll work with you to tailor a setup that fits your event’s needs, timeline, and budget while maintaining the high production quality we’re known for.

What Is The Typical Timeline For A Project?

Timelines vary but generally range from a few days for small projects to several weeks for larger productions. It also can vary due to the seasons.

How Do I Prepare For Your Services?

We’ll provide a detailed checklist and consultation to help you prepare, including any materials or space needed.

Can I Request Revisions Or Changes?

Depending on the revision, generally yes. We offer a revision process as part of our packages to ensure you’re happy with the final product. We prefer that our clients let us know what that want before had whether that be a song, certain text etc.

How Will You Communicate With Me During The Project?

We stay in touch via email, phone, or messaging apps whichever you prefer to provide updates and gather feedback.

Do You Provide Contracts Or Agreements?

Yes, all projects are covered by a contract outlining scope, pricing, and terms to protect both parties.

How Do You Handle Confidentiality & Privacy?

We respect client privacy and keep all project materials confidential unless otherwise agreed. We can also sign NDA's when needed.

What Equipment & Technology Do You Use?

We use industry-standard cameras, audio gear, lighting, and editing software to deliver top-quality results..

Do I Need To Provide Anything For The Service?

Typically no, but we may ask for specific materials or access depending on your project.

Can I Be Present During The Service Or Project?

Yes, client presence is welcome and often encouraged for better collaboration., but we ask that the client let our people work and not to second guess eveything as it can delay production.

Do You Offer Live Streaming Or Recording Services?

Yes, we provide professional live streaming and multi-camera recording for events of all sizes.

What File Formats Do You Provide For Deliverables?

We deliver in common formats such as MP4, MOV, WAV, and others based on your needs.

Can You Accommodate Special Requests Or Custom Projects?

Absolutely! We love tackling unique projects and can tailor our services to your vision.

How Do You Handle Audio & Video Quality?

Do You Offer Equipment Rentals?

Currently, we do not offer equipment rentals but may recommend trusted partners.

Can You Accommodate Long-Running Or Multi-Week Productions?

Absolutely! We’re fully equipped to support productions lasting more than a week just like Broadway theaters. We can set up long-term in your venue, providing consistent, professional audio and video coverage throughout the entire run. Whether it’s a multi-week show or a residency, we tailor our team and gear to seamlessly integrate with your schedule and space, making sure every performance is captured at top quality. Do You Offer Training Or Worshops?

Yes, we have crew and equipment available for extended or multi-day events.

Do You Offer Audio-Only Or Live Audio Mixing Services?

We can provide professional audio recording and live mixing for events, but we do not offer standalone live mixing / audio only as a service.

Policies & Support

What Is Your Cancellation Policy For Live Events?

We require notice at least 30 days before the event for cancellations to avoid fees. See our full policy in policy & billing for details.

How Far In Advance Should I Book Your Service?

Honestly the more time we have to prep the better but at minimum book at least 4–6 weeks ahead is recommended to secure your preferred dates. If you can though book months in advance as our schedule fills up fast.

How Do You Ensure Safety & Compliance During Events?

Our team follows all local safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe environment. We also have our own management on staff overseeing productions.

What Happens If The Event Is Canceled Due To Weather or Emergencies?

Depending on when it is cancel you maybe able to get some of your deposit back if it is canceled before 7 days we will not be able to refund or reschedule the event. Please check our cancelation policy located in Policy & Billing section.

Do You Carry Insurance?

Yes our company is fully insured to protect both our clkient and team.

What Happens If Equipment Fails During A Project?

Simple we carry a backup for the backup for the other backup we are prepared for things to fail in case it does fail. Addtional we have contiegency plans to minimize disruptions but even when planing ahead things happen.

Can I Request A Consultation Before Booking?

Absolutely! We love to meet clients to get to know them and to find out how things on your end work. At the end of the day even sharing the little things help us a ton. .

Delivery

How Do You Deliver The Final Product Or Service?

Final products are delivered digitally via secure download links, USB drives, or as otherwise agreed.

When & How Do We Receive The Final Video?

Most final videos are delivered within 3 weeks of the event. Delivery is typically via secure digital link unless otherwise requested.
